Hunger isn’t what you think it is

That shaky, foggy, irritable feeling you get when you skip a meal?
That’s not true hunger.

It’s your body reacting to mixed signals often from the carb addiction cycle, serotonin swings, or built-up toxicity.

If we truly needed to snack constantly to function, humans wouldn’t have survived. Our bodies were designed to call me and efficiently go longer between meals.

But if your system is overloaded or out of balance, it will send stress signals instead of hunger cues. That doesn’t mean you’re body is doing anything wrong. It means your body is doing what it can with the signals it’s been given.

Start by eating real food at real meals three times a day, no grazing.
Let your body re-learn how to trust you.
